At Noteit-MCP, we provide a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. This Refund Policy explains how to request a refund, cancel your subscription, and what happens when you do. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Free Plan

Our free plan is available at no cost and does not involve any charges or refunds.

2.2 Pro Plan

Our Pro plan is a monthly subscription service billed at $3.50 USD per month. All subscription charges are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

3.1 Refund Eligibility

We provide a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within 14 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.

How to request a refund: Contact support at a87088@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment. Include your order number and account email address.

3.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed by our payment partner, Paddle, within 5-14 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refund method: Original payment method used
  • Email confirmation: You'll receive confirmation when processed

3.3 Exception Cases

Full refunds are guaranteed for:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors due to technical problems
  • Unauthorized charges to your account (fraudulent activity)
  • Service failure to deliver promised functionality

Note: Refunds may not be available for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or engage in abuse of the refund system.

6. Billing and Payment

6.1 Monthly Billing Cycle

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.50 USD per month. Billing occurs on the same date each month when you first subscribed.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

  • Accepted Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers
  • Security: PCI DSS compliant payment processing
  • Receipts: Automatic email receipts for all transactions

6.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, you'll receive email notifications and have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is downgraded to the free plan.
